BIMBOBERRYS DESIGN / ADOPT OWNERSHIP TOS
1. You may not delete the oc off of the site whatsoever. You may hide it or private it. But please under no circumstances delete my designs. If you do not wish to own it anymore, please contact me.
2. My designs are only allowed to be sold to mutuals of mine. If sold outside of a mutual or someone I have blocked, you will not be allowed to buy adopts or designs from me in the future.
3. Please do not rehome or resell my designs within a month of owning it.
4. Designs by me are not to be put into ai or made into any form or nft/crypto currency.
5. Obtaining a design for someone who I have blocked will result in you being blocked and softly blacklisted.
BIMBOBERRYS TOS FOR DESIGNS
1. You may not resell or rehome a design before one month of owning it.
2. You may not resell or rehome a design for more then it is worth unless art or other items are added. (Ex. Personal art, Commissons.)
3. You may not obtain my designs for someone who is blocked or blacklisted by me. If caught doing so you will be blacklisted yourself.
4. Designs by me are not to be put in ai generator or any form of cryptocurrency.
