Klokateer 1815 is a Metalocalypse fancharacter. Metalocalypse is an early 2000s Adult Swim cartoon about a fictional death metal band, Dethklok, who are so popular and influential that by the end of season 2 they are the world's seventh largest economy. The Klokateers are diehard fans of the band who have pledged themselves to their service, up to and frequently including dying for them in various gruesome ways. Klokateers are branded with a logo on the back of the neck and given a number in place of their names, forfeiting all past connections and devoting themselves entirely to the band. Klokateer 1815 is my funny little self insert guy I made to kiss the band's manager and get into wacky ghost hijinks.
After a grueling week-long initiation & training regimen during which he had to kill several other hopeful Klokateers-in-training to progress, Klokateer 1815 was accepted and branded, then added to the stage crew team. He had always had an affinity for mechanics, doing some amateur roadie & tech work for a few grunge bands back in the day, and was thrilled to get to contribute to the kinds of over the top bonkers incredible shows Dethklok put on. He spent his first few weeks hard at work planning the Dethwater concert, taking a special interest in the giant swinging axes that would be mounted on the floating stage.
While testing said axes, Klokateer 1815 suffered a fatal 'standing too close to swinging blades the size of a building' accident and was tragically rent asunder into three discreet bits. Luckily, his force of will was strong enough to keep his soul in tact, and he was able to provide helpful feedback in callibrating the arc of the swing.
1815's dedication to Dethklok makes him a shining example for all other Klokateers to follow. At least, that's what the propaganda says. In actuality he's kind of a shit employee now since he's only corporeal when he really concentrates, and his concentration is easily broken. But he makes for a good symbol so CFO hasn't had him exorcized just yet.
Death has made a lot of social norms seem distant and unimportant to 1815, and he has a habit of floating through walls into areas he's not welcome. He at least makes a point not to float through living people as much as possible - it leaves others with a nasty cold feeling for hours, and he gets an up close and personal look at their insides. A bad time for all involved.
