Design TOS effective: 1/22/2023. Last updated: 2/18/2023.
> You can make adjustments to the design but it must still be recognizable from the original.
> Please refrain from selling the character within 72 hours after receiving via a money purchase.
> Do not upsell my designs for more than they are worth from what you purchased them for, unless the character has extra art added to their profile. Free art and F2U base art should not be included in price. (don't scam people!!)
> Do not sell a raffled character for virtual or irl currency, however art and character trades are ok. You may also gift them!
> You may not resell free characters for currency unless you have added extra art. My free characters have no monetary value so please don't scam people!
> If you plan to delete a character or delete your toyhouse, I have the right to reclaim the character so that they don't disappear into the abyss and I die inside. You are always welcome to reach out to me and let me know if you just want them gone!
Do not private my original designs that you received from me, at least give me access if you do. Privating designs doesn't let me know if you are following my TOS or not.>
