Art and Design Commission Terms of Service (TOS):

Usage and Credit:

Once you commission artwork from me, you are free to use it as you wish.

However, if you plan to use or upload the commissioned art outside of Toyhouse), proper credit must be given to me as the artist.

Payments and Refunds:

Refunds will not be provided once I have started working on your commission.

Full payment is required upon agreeing to the commission.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are allowed as long as I haven't started working on the commission.

Reselling Freebie Designs:

If you receive a freebie design from me, you are not allowed to resell it unless you have commissioned additional art of the character.

Upcharging Flatsale/Auction Designs:

If you purchase a flatsale/auction design from me, you are not allowed to upcharge or sell it for a higher price unless you have commissioned additional art for that specific character.

Redesigns:

You are allowed to redesign the character without seeking permission from me. Even major changes or a full redesign are permitted.

However, please ensure to retain my art somewhere on the character's reference sheet or other relevant materials.

Right to Decline:

 I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them before commissioning me for any new projects. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, feel free to contact me.
