Caesar

Caesar is a tyrant ruler of the slowly dying empire of Incendia. Chosen by the dark lords to rule, Caesar has control over Blackfire a magic substance that he can morph into objects and creatures to control at will. This strange goo like matter is ften envisioned as the grey/black floating mass hovering over him.   Because of his constant dabbing’s he has started developing strange hellish traits such as horns and spikes. He's obsessed with duty and cares for no one but his own glory and progress of the empire.
