RJ (Galaxias outfit)

When RJ visited a fantasy adventure game on the Internet with one of his friends, he was mistaken to be a wizard having magic powers because of his glitches. He was then made into a character with such a status in the game with his new outfit. Although RJ was thrilled to receive such a beautiful Starry outfit, he wasn't warned of the possible side effects wearing this outfit may cause. Whoops.

This outfit is like a 'magical boy' outfit to RJ, and the halo is the only thing that he can bring with him when he's not wearing it. When he needs to change from his normal outfit into this, he puts the halo on and glitches, and that kicks off the transformation process. 

Things to note:

~ The halo is not attached to his head: it just hovers. Don't ask. XD
~ His tie is semi-transparent with star accents.
~ The star symbol on the lining of his outer coat is a North Star: there are 8 tips.
~ His outer coat pattern was meant to be similar to stained glass, but it doesn't have to be a specific pattern.
~ He is still wearing his stabilizer: it's just under all that clothing. Also, he still glitches, but I didn't draw him glitching normally as I fear it'll overshadow some of the features on his outfit.
~ And yes, his hair sparkles. :D
