Jef is a mysterious individual whom Ozzie, Riot, and Empi were tasked to “rough up” on March 14th 2024. After bringing him back to base he is now on a trial run to join the Boylan Bottling Company. Not much is known about Jef except that he is the lead vocalist in a band, his 3 bandmates are absolutely obsessed with him, and he is a bit of a sexual fiend.
