The All-Seeing Goddess, Istella

The sole deity of Laebranddia.

She's restricted to the heavenly ward and cannot physically leave it. An avatar of her can be summoned by a few mortals who can use holy magic, that allows her to "set foot" and exist and communicate with others on the planet.

Known as the All-Seeing Goddess, she's able to watch events of the world via floating screens. Her power isn't really very all seeing despite her title, and she can only watch so much. And at default her screens don't include sound, so if she wants to listen in to a specific screen, it will visually blur out other screens. Being immortal and restricted to a plane with cloud like flooring that extends endlessly with no change is incredibly boring (and as world ending events requiring her participation are incredibly rare) she passes the time watching interesting mortals. ((Avery and Vander happen to be her favorite "channel" to spy into at the moment))

She's a total pushover, especially for how powerful she is. As even 1% of her power is enough to destroy a city. Hence, she doesn't directly involve herself in the affairs of mortals unless the world itself is at risk. Such as when the previous demon king went mad and had to be slain. Even then, she only invoked enough of her powers and blessed a hero, named Sen, to defeat the previous demon king.
