Managerial Tips 1

T-04-214 refused to allow Agent 0, who was the only Agent left alive after Incident A-31247, to come into T-04-214's containment chamber and perform any work on it.

Managerial Tips 2

The first two Agents to work on T-04-214 (hereby called 214-1 and 214-2) were blessed by it and recieved increased stats if they were in the same room together. This buff was further increased if they were from the same Department.

Managerial Tips 3

When 214-1 died or panicked, 214-2 went into a trancelike state, targeting the cause of 214-1's death and attempting to suppress it all on their own. After 214-2 succeeded, their stats went back to normal, and they were no longer blessed.

When 214-2 killed 214-1, they did not go into a trancelike state. T-04-214 breached, went to 214-2's location, and [REDACTED]. T-04-214 then went back to its containment, ignoring other entities unless it was attacked first. 214-2 could not recover and died of their injuries.

While breaching, T-04-214 came across an employee under the protection of D-01-106, and attacked them. T-04-214 has been observed to act the same way towards employees with O-01-67 or O-01-55's special gifts and D-03-109.

T-04-214 endures Red damage, is vulnerable to White damage, is weak to Black damage, and is completely immune to Pale damage. While breaching, it charges up, then deals high amounts of Red damage.

A crossbow that shoots paper arrows towards its target. It takes a little time to fire, but it always fires two arrows at once.

The bow is absolutely beautiful - something worthy only of the divine - but it lacks any heart. The arrows are messy and impure, but they were clearly made with love.

Looking closer at the suit, it appears to be made of confessions and love letters. Not a single one was signed originally, but over time employees have added their own signatures.

STORY

One of the few Abnormalities who intentionally made its way to Lobotomy Corporation and allowed itself to be suppressed. It takes the form of a child-sized papercraft, though part of its 'head' glows brightly.

Cupid believes that connections are the most important thing in the universe. Without a companion, one cannot be happy. Without something to love, one cannot be alive. Thus, if everyone has somebody by their side, then everyone should be happy.

Of course, relationships of all kinds are more complicated than that. However, this is not something that Cupid can comprehend. To it, there is no difference between lovers, rivals, siblings, or friends.
