A figure you would be unfortunate to run into along the Sword Coast; Riposte is a charismatic but guarded individual. As an Asmodeus tiefling with the blood of a Red Dragon in his ancestry, flame magic runs hot beneath his skin and an insatiable hunger for control drives many of his actions.

Born to human parents, the tiefling child's unexpectedly demonic features were a source of disgust. The unwanted infant was swiftly handed off to a Temple of Ilmater to be raised, but corruption within the sect led him to experience various hardships which forever coloured the Ilmatari in a negative light. When misery awoke powerful draconic magic laying dormant in the tiefling child, Riposte left the burnt-out husk of his childhood home with a new name and a promise that he would never feel powerless again.
