Duo Icon YCH - 3/3 Slots Open's Ownership

The following rules apply to all characters and designs purchased from me as adoptables or customs. Though these are not 'legal' rules, they're to help keep things organized! Original species rules can be found elsewhere (though I have none up for adoption at this time). Rules may be updated as I learn to be a better adopt artist. 

• Once bought, the character is yours to do with as you wish. This means you can roleplay, draw it, trade it, resell it, or whatever with it! Even commercial uses.
• If you reupload my art on another site, please give me credit. Do not claim the art as yours or use it as a base without permission. Please tag with proper name on the social (ask if needed). 
• You are free to change the design, add outfits, etc.
• You are free to gift, trade, or sell the design (for no more than you bought it for unless there is extra art). If you sell the adopt and have extra art, feel free to add in the cost of additional art. 
• If you do the previous, please notify me of who owns the characters.
• I reserve the right to refuse to sell you an adopt
• I do not believe in blacklists but breaking TOS by not crediting will mean I will no longer sell you adopts.
