PLEASE CHECK THAT THE USER YOU ARE GIVING THIS DESIGN TO IS NOT ON MY BLACKLIST !! This can be found at the bottom of these bullet points.

- If traded a character, do not resell for currency unless accounting for extra art added after the fact. Only sell for the value of extra art added.

- if sold a character, do not upsell higher unless adding artwork.

- if a character is poc coded, transgender, fat, or disabled, do not change this upon purchase. Doing so will land you on my public blacklist and I will list why you’re there. (Changing a minority coded character into something else is akin to “fixing” that minority to fit your aesthetic and is something I will not tolerate.)

- do not delete or reupload my designs in order to reupload edited versions of my artwork. If you want something edited please dm me first.

- keep a design for at minimum a week before resale/retrade unless it is an emergency financial situation in which case you can dm me for permission.

- do not trade/sell my designs to the following users on my blacklist:

akira_no_soraa on instagram / AXEL-LEA, SUGAR_OWO, HOPSCOTCH-SORA (current), MYSTA-RIAS, BAKENEKO-NO-AKI & KORU-KUN  on toyhouse (circumvented my blacklist to obtain my designs on purpose.) For updated usernames and why theyre blacklisted, please refer to the Cole_callout account on instagram. He is one of my current stalkers and is obsessed with me.

I will give strikes to people who violate the TOS on a case by case basis and add people to my design blacklist if necessary
