Honeycrisp

As the owner of her own apple orchard, Honeycrisp is a real salt of the earth type Plate Dragon. She has a thick southern accent and lives a couple miles out of town, but she's well known to her community as extremely kind and helpful. She can be a bit stubborn though, and prefers to do things 'the old fashioned way,' which makes her slow to adapt to new technologies, but she'll happily pick things up if someone shows her how it works and how it can be useful to her.
