She's the daughter of Braeburn and Soarin, She's the oldest of her cousins and takes comfort in her role of guiding her younger family to bring them to their fullest potential. She doesn't use her wings as much as other Pegasi, preferring to stay on all fours.  Despite her and Zap Apples rivalry she actually likes the other Apple Dash Children. Despite the age gap between Tumbleweed and Sour Apple (The youngest Apple Dash Child) they have fun playing together, though it may be immature for Tumbleweed to playing like that at her age.
