1. Re-selling.

a) BOUGHT:

-If character DOES NOT have an art made by you or bought, you can't resell it for higher price.

-If HAVE bought or made by you art, feel free to resell.

b) VIA TRADE*:

-If character DOES NOT have an art made by you or bought, you can't resell it.

-If HAVE bought or made by you art, feel free.

* IT INCLUDES CUSTOM OC TRADES, OC TRADES, ECT.

c) FREE*:

-If character DOES NOT have an art made by you or bought, you can't resell it.

-If HAVE bought or made by you art, feel free, unless it's says otherwise.

* IT INCLUDES MOSTLY MY DESIGNS.

2. Re-trading.

a) BOUGHT - OK

b) VIA TRADE - OK

c) FREE - NO

4.Re-gift.

a) BOUGHT - OK

b) VIA TRADE - OK

c) FREE - OK

5. Do not delete my designs from the site. If you are going to, DM me for that first!
a) If you want to transfer the character to refsheet, Unvale, Tumblr or deviantart (sta.sh); use my profile for that case: @CatherineCurse.
It should have been the same username. If the site wants to verify/accept the design from designer side, dm me here.
2a) If there's any other site, you want to upload the character(s), and you are not sure "if this is x designer" contact me. The ones what I gave as an example in a) are the ones I have.
3a) I don't use twitter or instagram for art purposes, I'd like to be credited from TH. (eg. design by CatherineCurse on Toyhouse or/and link to my profile)

5.1. Do not re-edit my art. I'm giving NO permission to do that in any of the circumstances. (design/custom/commission).

Last and least: You can retrade/resell character only after 3 months.

Q: How to check how I got the character?

A: Check Ownership log (unless, I forgot to put a reason, why I'm transferring the character. Check - character permission)

Q: It's possible to change character permission?
