listed below are my TOS. I know it looks a little wordy but please read through it if you're purchasing from me!

basics

♡ please respect these! if rules are broken more than three times, you will be blacklisted

♡ please provide credit with a link to one of my socials (toyhouse preferred)

♡ please please no guilt tripping! whether this be because you didnt get an adopt, commissions are too pricey for you, or something else, please dont try to guilt trip me

adopts

♡ if you are going to private a character from me, please authorize me to view them!

♡ designs can be altered slightly

♡ i try not to pre-assign adopts any gender identity, so you are completely welcome to do whatever you like in that regard

♡ please credit me (social link) in informational posts about the adopt (wiki, intro post for character, toyhouse profile, etc.)

♡ try to actually use the adopt!

♡ if you're going to resell the adopt, please let me know beforehand and do not sell it for more than you bought it! please tell me who you're selling it to as well, i want to be able to keep track of my designs

commissions

♡ i hold the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason

♡ please pay in full after i send a progress sketch

♡ commissions may take a while, please be patient but feel free to ask for updates

♡ in the event i am unable to finish your commission, you will be refunded ~50% depending on how much progress was made

♡ will not draw mechas, complicated backgrounds, pro/comship, anything im uncomfortable with

♡ will draw ship art, including OC x CC, OC x OC, & CC x CC. absolutely no minor x adult, all ships must be fully legal with no question about it

♡ nsfw commissions are for 18+ customers ONLY. may ask for proof

♡ if you would like a screenshot edit commissioned, please have the screenshot and characters you'd like me to edit ready when you request them. If there is more than one character please specify where you would like them

♡ screenshot edit prices may very likely vary as they are determined after I see the screenshot and characters, so please be aware of that
