History:
The Venus De Basil was sculpted within Sparta, Ancient Greece, somewhere around the year 230 BC. From what little we know from mythology and historical references, the statue was blessed with life by one of the Greek deities (Stories range from Hecate, Phanes or Aphrodite being responsible), who was so impressed with Basil (The creator and namesake of the statue) and his handy work, how lifelike and beautiful it was, that they couldn't just ignore it or let it remain decedent. Throughout time, The Venus De Basil has been found, bought and put on display by everyone from high ranking nobles and presidents, to kings, queens and finally the Art Museum they can be found in today.
Personality:
Venus is extremely patient and hard to deter from what she wants to do. However, what she likes to do often involves not doing much, sometimes eating fruit, but she will always pose if she sees a camera and happily talk to people. She has also grown an ego thanks to how much she's valued at.

NOTES:
-Venus is made out of 24 karat gold and marble.
--What is strange is that these show very minimal signs of weathering and move like cloth, hair and other features, despite being clearly feeling and have other properties of the two solids.
-They're pretty neutral about being sold from person to person, looking at is as people wanting to spend time with her for whatever reason.
-Venus' body temperature is consistent with the room temperature.
-Her body is strangely biologically accurate, with organs and other features being shown with X-ray scans, even just below the clothing layer.
-Venus is multilingual, knowing: English, Ancient Greek, French and enough simple phrases of other languages.
-Venus likes to talk to the security guards/cameras at closing time to not feel lonely.
