The second child of Celestia and Queen Novo.

Neptuna is the middle child of Princess Celestia and Queen Novo, and is the most scholarly. She transferred to the school of gifted unicorns in her youth, leaving her siblings back in Seaquestria/Mount Aris for now. She moved in with her uncle/cousin, Prince Blueblood (however they are related??? I'm saying uncle because that's the role he takes). Since then Prince Blueblood has spoiled his niece severely. Because of this she is quite snooty, though not as terrible as her uncle. The has learned the great skills of diplomacy from her Uncle.

    She has the most powerful magic out of her siblings, but has a hard time being creative with spells. With the mentorship of Sunburst she can now recite an incredible amount of spells from memory. However, if her memory were to fail her she would have a hard time in a battle. She still has yet to learn to compose her own spells, or bend the rules. She earned her cutie mark at a young age when she accompanied Blueblood to the Dragon Lands and made great leaps with the Canterlot ponies and the Dragons relationship. Queen Novo was incredibly angry when she learned Blueblood had taken a filly to such a dangerous place. Though she eventually let it go, there's still resentment in Novo for Blueblood.
