Doc is a very well known criminal in the back alleys of Novalumis. He’s incredibly good at creating drugs,which he uses to get people to do his dirty work for him. They also deal illegal mechanical parts and maybe steal a couple organs here and there.

If you couldn’t tell from their name, they’re ventis brother! They don’t see eachother often because venti doesn’t want to accidentally get doc discovered by Brenco. They still consider eahcother besties though
