After suddenly appearing in front of Frida, Hilda, and David amidst them peering at a foreign-looking crystal, this kid has had a bit of trouble adjusting to the new world they find themselves in...

With his origins unknown, and memories a little more than hazy, the quartet of kids try and find any strings that could lead them to discover how in the world this chimera-kid appeared out of a crystal. This hunt combined with needing to still live their everyday lives proves to be a bit more complicated than the kids would like to admit... Sleeping over at either David's or Hilda's, the chimera tries to stay low whenever in Trolberg - before Johanna and Hilda help him to regain some resemblance of a place to call his own...

Though the space is small, the Bellkeeper of all people welcomes the chimera into his home. Trying to house a magical creature in your walls with ever-more insistent queries from the city's Safety Patrol is difficult, but the two make do for the time being.
