TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchasing and Ownership Agreement

By purchasing from me or owning my art and/or characters, you are required to read and agree to the following terms of service. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in permanent blacklisting. If you wish to avoid being blacklisted, please carefully review the terms below.

My Rights as an Artist

• I reserve the right to deny or refuse any commission without providing a detailed explanation.
• Artwork commissioned from me may be used and posted as examples of my work on any platform.
• I reserve the right to blacklist individuals without explanation.
• Funds received for commissions may be utilized prior to completion as this is my livelihood.
• In the event that I am unable to complete a commission, I reserve the right to issue a refund.

Permissible Actions

You May:

• Repost the art and/or character on any website provided proper credit is given to me.
• Edit the art and/or character while crediting me for the original design.
• Utilize the artwork and/or character for various purposes such as fursuits, t-shirts, pins, etc.
• Sell or trade my character designs if you are the current owner.

Prohibited Actions

You May Not:

• Sell my individual artwork, even when incorporated into material items.
• Trace my artwork.
• Use my artwork to create NFTs.
• Repost my work without providing credit.
• Claim my art/designs as your own.
• Remove my watermark from any content I have created.

General

• Communication: My queue is managed on Discord. You can request to join the server for updates on your commission. I work with the art that I feel capable of producing on any given day to ensure the best quality. It is not required to join this discord, but it is greatly appreciated.
• Wait Time: Completion time for commissions can vary from 1-4 weeks to multiple months. I do not work well with strict deadlines, so please keep this in mind when commissioning me. If you wish, you may expedite your position in my queue for a fee of $10.
• Delays: If there are any personal life issues, commissions may be further delayed. I will individually contact everyone and also post updates on my Instagram story and/or notify in my Discord queue server.
• Updates: You can request updates on your commission anytime, as long as it doesn't result in spam. I will also send updates regardless of requests.
• Response Time: Allow 24-48 hours for me to reply to your emails/messages. If you don't receive a response within that timeframe, please send another message to ensure I have received it.

Payments

• Accepted Methods: I only accept Cash App, Venmo, kofi, and PayPal. For paypal you MUST cover fees
• Payment Timing: Payment is required upfront or after the sketch, depending on the commission type.
• Currency: All prices are in USD, so please send the money in USD currency.
• Invoicing: I can invoice you on PayPal upon request, or you can pay using my provided link.
• Tips: Tips are allowed and greatly appreciated as they support my work.

Refunds

• Policy: Refunds are not available once I begin the lineart. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
• Rare Exceptions: I may issue a refund if I am unable to continue a commission, although this is rare.

Additional

• Shading: Shading is available for an additional $10. You may request it or opt-out. Please note that my shading style is experimental.
• Additional Characters: Adding extra characters to the piece costs an additional 50% of the commission cost per character.
• Backgrounds: Simple backgrounds are included free of charge unless otherwise requested.

• NSFW content (must be 18+ with ID proof required)
• Humans (icons/busts ONLY)
• Furries (feral and anthro)
• Ponies (My Little Pony)
• SFW/artistic nudity

What I Don't Draw

• Political themes
• Mech/robotic (small parts are okay, e.g., protogen)
• Anything deemed hateful and/or offensive

• Off Base Custom 3 - $100 USD [includes front and back reference sheet with name, gender, species, pronouns, headshot, palette ref, pawpad ref, eye ref, inner mouth ref, 2 items of your choosing, and +$6 for any extra items added]
