She's part fish but not by birth, have not yet settled on how she got that way.
I'm torn between: 1) Super science accident she got caught in along with tons of other people in the town she was in
2) she's a magic user and had some kind of magical mishap happen that changed her form to this.
She's in college for Marine biology, and was in New York doing some work at the New York Aquarium. She hates the cold and probably would leave around winter to go back South
I plan on shipping her with Gary
