The fluffiest radio and phone operator. He's an Eevee, who lives and works in Eevee Town, together with Vee (don't have a profile for Vee yet), who is his clone from an incident at the Eeveelution Lab. Very autistic (just like me).

The headset is for taking urgent calls. Backpack contains supplies. He always has these things with him.
