theyre a glow pikmin who forgot to change their sleep schedule for pikmin 4s release

so since theyre still awake during the day and not the night like hes supposed to be, he just hangs out w the rescue corps during the day lol

i made them before pikmin 4s release so im aware now that they can be out in the day during caves, but basil exists on the overworld during the day also
