Squirtle EX

Just a random idea I had for a EX form for Squirtle.

This EX design is probably the most obvious example of what I was going for with these. While designing these I wanted to give the Basic stage mons elements from their later stages early. So Squirtle got one of Blastoise Canon's and I felt like I had to also add those sunglasses.
The only exception to this design theme was Pikachu EX.
