Isleen Herber

Isleen is an Earth Witch who is blind.
She specializes in herbs and healing.
She was born to an Earth Witch father and a Water Witch mother, a famous healing duo.

She was sent to study at Ronwe at age 7 when her father finally gave up trying to teach her.

At Ronwe she makes friends with an Air Witch named Sophie that likes to be called Shimmer.
She also develops a relationship with a Water Witch named Marlow. Unfortunately, at the age of 15, he dies from a rare incurable disease he has had his whole life. Isleen grieves but through her grief she finds a purpose in life, to study to find a way to cure this horrible disease so that others need not suffer.

After graduation, she moves to a small town and opens a small shop as a healer. One day a young man comes to her asking to help her with her research as he has the incurable disease and was sent there by Shimmer. She accepts his offer and she makes full use of his help. They slowly become closer but Isleen can't bear to let herself fall in love with another person who will die.
