- By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to follow these terms of service. Failure in complying may result in a blacklist or warning.
- There is a three day cooldown between date of purchase and redesigns by me before the design's ownership can be transferred.
- You are allowed to redesign and make original/CS AUs of my design. For closed species imports, you must have a slot and follow the TOS of the species. You must keep the original design in the gallery and credit appropriately.
- Commercial rights: Please contact me on toyhouse or discord, additional payment of initial price + 200%. If design does not have a base price then it is not allowed to be commercialized in any way.
- Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist.
- Do not sell designs for a higher price than bought for without extra art.
