Nuru is a brave lion who left his family pride and created his own called "freedom pride". He hates gender roles which are very important to lions, his pride is made of lions who experienced discrimination.
Nuru is honest with everyone and it's one of the reasons why he felt bad in his previous pride because lions who follow the tradition, saw him as a failure. They never has agreed with him, which was very frustrating to Nuru and it caused feeling of being misunderstood. He was always first to break the rules, Nuru knew he is always right so everyone thought that he has ego top which was false. This lion always defend his rights and thoughts if it's very important to him. Even if he seems to be self-centered, in reality he would listen your statement, request or a problem. Nuru has a great empathy towards lions simmiliar to him but he doesn't understand traditional lions.
Nuru is a combo of rare traits which makes him special, his unique appearance attracts poachers so his life seems to be more difficult. His fur is white, he has a sectoral heterochromia and he has a small mane. Nuru has short mane because he is a transgender lion with mane mutation. His body is larger than females but smaller than other males. His body is covered by scars which are made by defending himself from humans or other lions.
