Profile
In life, Page pursued an existence that was rather... simple and unremarkable. They lived in a rather small rural town, doing everything that was expected of them and little else. They had countless dreams, tons of ambitions, but they seldom were brave enough to pursue them. The extent of their exploration of these ideas was through literature, which inspired them to work at their local library. While working one evening reshelving books in the self-help section, an earthquake struck; bookcases toppled during the event, crushing them and ending their life.
They often wonder what about their inoffensive life landed them in Hell, but they're taking their new lease on death rather well. They currently own one of the only bookstores in the Pentagram that's full of actual novels instead of just smut; it isn't heavily trafficked, but in a place like this, it's better not to be on everyone's radar. They're happy to assist the small few with taste in literature in Hell, having managed not to lose their love of the written word after their death. Their free time is taken up pursuing some of the interests and ambitions that eluded them so much in life, namely delving into writing and even music of their own.

- They're relatively short compared to many other demons, being about 5 feet tall. When people comment on it, they always say that they were taller before they died. No one knows if they're joking or serious.
- While they make a point not to carry smut or erotica in their store, they aren't sex-repulsed and don't look down on the demons who are into it. It's simply a personal choice.
- They don't share their true name not because it bears any real significance, but because they like the idea of remaking themselves a bit and starting over. That, and they aren't particularly interested in anyone they may have known in life reconnecting with them; they view Hell as a clean slate, despite everything.
- They don't go full demon very often, but when they do, their form is very non-Euclidean and difficult for the eye to comprehend. It's been described as dreamlike and nightmarish at the same time.
- They take many inspirations from the baku, a mythological creature said to consume human's nightmares, consuming their hopes and desires as well if called upon too often.
The serpentine inventor has made many a visit to Page's shop, on the hunt for the occasional technical manual that would assist in his more complex tinkering endeavors, though after a certain point he had to admit it was them and not the books drawing him to keep showing up. The two were absolutely terrible and cringe at showing their interest in one another, but eventually they managed to get their thoughts across to one another. Now, they're terrible and cringe but also openly in love. Page tops and doms 99% of the time.
One might think them an odd pair of friends, but once you know that Page has a fondness for fanfiction as well as the published word, it becomes quite a bit clearer. The two share enough similar interests that they get along rather well, and Page is patient enough to handle some of Niffty's more eccentric behavior. She does occassionally rag on them for getting with Sir Pentious because 'he's not even a bad boy', but they find the whole thing funny enough that they don't really care that much.
To say Page never expected the Radio Demon to show up at their doorstep would be an understatement, but their genuine attempts at conversation and being brave enough not to just run off at the sight of him did catch his attention. They're a bit put off by his main interests being obscure questionable cookbooks and serial killer biographies, of course, but they mind their business for the most part, which is enough to put them at a better standing in his eyes than most.
