Zach is Clemence's nephew and Gerry's younger brother. Zach is annoying and very talkative, often prying into other people's business and trying to be funny in inappropriate situations. Professional troublemaker.

In his youth, Zach's mother Bridget sent him to work for his uncle Clemence, in the hope that the strict military man would teach his unlucky nephew to be more restrained. But even under the guidance of his uncle, Zach continued to act like a clown and made fun of him even. Clemence was the only one in the family who could influence Zach, since his parents were lenient towards him. Zach is currently an unemployed adult who loves to have fun and spend time with friends. He sometimes works part-time jobs that Bridget asks Clemence to find for him, but he doesn't stay there for long.

As children, Zach and Gerry were close, but with age they grew apart because the Gerrys grew older and Zach remained a teenager. Zach tries to have fun with his sibling, but Gerry refuses, citing work as the reason. Zach also loves his nephew Rory, and it seems that Rory is the only one who still interacts with Zach from his family with interest.
