leader of criminal empire. probably involved w mr grizz & has killed a man (squid? cephalopod? sea creature?). at least once. rasbora works w him but is less of a publicly-known target of the law (tho shes still his right-hand-man ;3). idk idk idk ahh !!,,,,,, they prob have something to do w deep cut because i want an excuse to draw them togetha.
