Context

Splatoon is Nintendo's freshest IP! A colorful shooter based on the mechanics of squid-kids shooting ink to claim turf in a post-apocalyptic metropolitan society.

Appearance & Personality

Gemini is a rough and tough looking squid kid, constantly sporting cuts, bites, and excessive amounts of piercings all along his figure. Most mutilations are trophies from violent scuffles outside of turfwar, the others being reminders of his own stupidity and impatience. His dark tan skin is speckled with bio-luminescent freckles all over his body. He can usually be seen wearing  monochromatic and fairly casual streetwear ranging from hoodies to zip-up jackets.

Personality-wise, Gemini used to be a tryhard for all the wrong reasons. Competitive, trying to prove himself to who? He was a jerk in games, played dirty and got on peoples nerves just s much as they'd get on his. He only followed his own methods up until he hit rock bottom, banned from the ranks for bad sportsmanship. He somehow managed to make and keep a few childhood friends who were a fair bit cheerier and more fair about their play style. He'd take inspiration from his squad leader in becoming a better person, in hopes to earn his friendship back from a teammate who had rejected him for his previous transgressions. Since then he's been cleaning up his act and his attitude by bit.
