Ice water: combination of two quirks: ice control from the father and ocean water from the maternal grandfather, it allows user to control water and ice, by using the moisture of the air or able to use their own body water in emergency only, the user need to stay hydrated all the time, this can be surpassed with training to better endure it and user more the quirk, it can turn water into ice and ice into water as well use other ice/water based quirks, like using shoto s ice and control it as it is or control it as water, user dont take well to extreme heath like in deserts and intense fire or heathwaves
