• By buying or owning a design from me, you are automatically agreeing to my T.o.S. It is YOUR responsibility to read thoroughly through this.
• Failure to comply with my T.o.S. may result in a block and blacklist from future designs of mine and, in rare cases, loss of any designs of mine that you own.

Selling/Trading/Gifting:

• My designs CANNOT be sold/traded for more than their value.
• If you received a design for free or trade, you CANNOT sell that design for real life or in-game currency.
• If you received a design for free, you CANNOT trade that character away.
• The above can be ignored if appropriately priced art/writing is added to the character.

Redesigning:

• My designs can be redesigned as you like, as long as I am kept as Creator/Designer of the design.
• You CAN create a twin to my designs, as long as you add me as a Designer.
• If you'd like to turn a design of mine into a closed species, go ahead!
• Please ask before retiring a design of mine from a closed species; some designs CANNOT be retired.

NFTs:

• My designs cannot ever be used as NFTs, also known as non-fungible tokens.
• NFT supporters may also become blacklisted.

Other:

• If you're leaving Toyhou.se, or would rather not have my design on your profile, please send it back to me. I will place it in my "SOLD" folder where you may access it or inform me of ownership changes at any point.
• If you have any questions or concerns, CONTACT ME! I would rather have a hundred DMs than be unaware of something going on with my designs.
