Meeyans Adopts/Designs TOS

Please carefully and thoroughly to prevent any complications.

General

I own the copyright for the designs of all characters/adopts I've created. If you purchase a character from me, always make sure to credit me as the creator or designer (depending on certain factors). You may credit my Twitter, DeviantArt, or Toyhou.se account which are all @ meeyans.

Designs created by me should only be used for personal use unless directly stated otherwise by me. If you wish to use one of my designs for commercial use, please contact me prior to purchase.

Reselling / Trading

If you want to resell a design from me, it must be sold at the same price you bought it at. However, if there is added drawn/commissioned art, you may increase the price to reflect that.

If there is a design you obtained for free (ex. freebie, art trade), it can only be traded or gifted. It can only be resold if there’s additional drawn/commissioned art. You can add your own personal art to add monetary value to a design but please do so within reason. Do not value simple pieces with a high price to boost the overall value.

Co-Ownerships

If you wish to co-own a design, please contact me first about it. My designs can be co-owned by up to 2-3 people at a time. Please inform me first before creating co-own profiles of my designs.

If any issues arise in a co-ownership, please contact me about any decisions made regarding my design.

Design edits / Changes

You are allowed to edit minor details in the design. All I ask is to keep the theme/premise of the design original. Redesigning to a point that it is unrecognizable is not allowed. If you're unsure of the changes, you're always welcome to ask me about it.

You cannot edit my artwork directly. If you want to redesign/change the design, you must redraw it completely
