Do Not Delete my Designs off Toyhouse or you will be blacklisted.

Do not Co-Own with more than 2 People per character.

Do Not Resell or trade for higher worth unless you’ve added value through art and other Media. If you claim a freebie and attempt to turn a profit you will be blacklisted.

If you attempt to claim multiple freebies from me while on the FLL (check bulletins) You will be blacklisted. This does not extended to Raffles or Gifts.

You may redesign a character as long as it remains recognizable. Do not make “twin designs.” Or you will be blacklisted.

If You’ve obtained art of a character that’s set to trade/re-gift only and would like to sell/trade them for the worth of the added media, inform me with proof and I will change the transfer settings.

A blacklist will result in your user being added to a public list of people who are not allowed to own my designs and repossession of said character (and any possible copies or ripoffs) to do with as I see fit. This will only occur in serious circumstances and never petty reasoning as “not portraying a character correctly”. Any users caught giving a blacklisted user my designs will also be blacklisted. Failure to comply will result in a beware and possible legal action. By accepting a character from me with these rules in place you agree to these terms. Older characters that were not traded/given away/sold with these terms are not bound to these rules.
