Ice Scream 🍨

Ice Scream is a mental patient who screams and shouts to communicate. She went nutty after her ice cream shop was ransacked and destroyed by her rival so she burnt her rival's shop to the ground. You know, like any sane pony would. She’s like a lil banshee arsonist.
