Physical description: A young man who skin has been vituicly tattooed across his entire body to reflect a very detailed and artistic rendition of his actual, accurate skeleton. The vituic effect makes the tattoo appear three dimensional regardless of viewing angle. The tattoo has been cursed to continuously pester and belittle Ezekiel, acting as a cruel reflection of his own guilty conscience and poor self esteem. Ezekiel's hair is naturally black and wavy, although he occasionally straightens it. His hair is usually kept relatively short and styled. Ezekiel's eyes are naturally plain black with white scleras, like any regular human, but he underwent some genetic modification to appear more threatening. This includes changing his eye color to red and black, as well as a replacement set of teeth that include sharper canines and premolars. His pupils maintain an otherworldly red glow that seems to emanate from within, a mark of his supernatural affiliations and alignment. Ezekiel often wears fancy, name-brand clothing or custom made pieces he orders for himself. Aesthetics and style are very important to him, and only in battle will he allow himself to look disheveled and you can often smell his cologne before you see him. His neutral expression is a tense scowl.

Personality type: Ezekiel is emotionally manipulative and doesn't fight fair, like most summoners. He exhibits behavioral patterns indicative of being on the antisocial personality disorder spectrum. A dark empath by nature of being a summoner, his acute sense of empathy aids in his manipulation. Being associated with a god of the red hue however, also curses him with an overly sensitive and genuine emotional spectrum that, at times, is overwhelming and difficult to inhibit. He can only mask his emotions so much behind a cold, calculating facade before he overflows. Ezekiel is a complexly damaged and traumatized individual who's been forced to cope, and he copes poorly. Being a summoner makes him mentally unstable at baseline, making Ezekiel prone to extreme paranoia, delusions, and hallucinations of a variety. In rare, or necessary, moments of stability, Ezekiel can be charming with a personality the mirrors anyone he's motivated into befriending for personal gain. There is a version of himself that is capable of good, and genuine kindness, however it is buried deep under layers and layers of darkness that threatens to consume him whole. Break through his masks and his walls he puts up to make himself seem ruthless and dangerous, and he unravels into the pathetic, dis-regulated shadow of a man that's worth only pity, and hatred. Post psychological treatment and reclamation once recruited by the V.E, Ezekiel's transformed into an outspoken, opinionated, and social character known for his fowl mouth, and over compensating, pea-cocking persona. He's not afraid to pick fights with anyone and stand up for himself. Good humored, albeit crudely so, Ezekiel is often outwardly manic or aggressive, but becomes mild mannered upon request and seems to naturally be inclined towards being mild mannered but still uses a loud and aggressive outward personality as a mask. Ezekiel shows incredible loyalty, especially to those who treat him fair and aren't afraid to match his energy. He'll use himself as a shield to protect others and shows incredible altruistic determination. Give the man a warm bed, fresh food, and a warm shower and he's suddenly incredibly appreciative and becomes almost reasonable. Has since learned to better embrace and regulate his fluctuating emotional states.

General background info: Ezekiel was raised by the tar gangs of Zhenis Moneucca, a post-apocalyptic former paradise realm. It was colloquially named The Realm of Ashes. Orphaned at the early age of six after the murder of his mother, he rode the orphanage railway with his fellow orphans of varying species and races for years, where he was ruthlessly bullied due to his small stature and weak physiology. After accidentally killing his most ruthless tormentor by throwing them off the moving train, Ezekiel ran away as a young teen and fell in with one of the satellite gangs that managed the surrounding principality. Here he was taken in by an elderly human necromancer, Marr, who made Ezekiel heir to his legacy, and taught him how to be a necromantic summoner. Ezekiel rose to prominence within his gang, becoming a useful and obedient asset. A gang which was mostly made up of drug runners and tar drillers. Tar is an amalgamate substance that takes the form of a dark brown or black, oily liquid formed from the million year old biological matter rotting beneath the earth of Zhenis Sonoya, seeping down from the age when the realm was a paradise world full of life. Tar acts as a vituic reliquary and is so full of condensed, distilled supernatural energies that, in small doses, tar can be used as an incredible stimulant and potent deliriant. It's so potent that overdosing is easy, and users are subject to mutagenic side effects that are horrifically damaging to the body. Gangs in Zhenis Sonoya maintain power by controlling resources and peddling tar, they grip settlements and their residents in a financial choke hold, and were a major reason for the Realm's terrible living conditions. Ezekiel was miserable with his position in his gang as, despite his abilities, he was often tormented and overpowered by the older, more powerful gang members. His life was Hell, as was everyone's, but his moreso. Ezekiel was forced to commit horrible atrocities as a drug runner to maintain his gang's reputation. Killing innocents over little more than offenses taken by the higher ups, the big bosses who ran the gangs from the shadows. A steady stream of lives to settle debts, feuds, fights, and grudges. Over the years Ezekiel accumulated so many scars from constant near death skirmishes, and the aftermath of having the anger of others taken out on him, that its left him physically disfigured. The innocent lives he had taken followed him around in the form of guilt induced hallucinations and phantasms that haunted his dreams. Eventually Ezekiel attempted to go solo, breaking away from his gang and using foreign influences and info to formulate an artificial substitute for tar to flood the market with this superior, less damaging alternative drug. Ezekiel hated tar as a substance and hated what it did to people.
It was profitable for some time but, Ezekiel's old gang eventually caught up to him and, feeling betrayed, a few members kidnapped Ezekiel and planned on torturing him to death, orders from the top. For weeks Ezekiel was drugged and tortured, deep in a cave beneath the earth where his screams were worth even less than they were on the surface. Then, when Ezekiel was finally left to die on death's doorstep as little more than a heap of flesh, he called for help. A summoner's last resort, where everything is offered to the cosmos for the chance at salvation, and his calls were answered. A Euga, a God, that took the form of a radiant red light, appeared before Ezekiel and became a patron to him, answering his desire for the power he needed to enact his revenge against the world that so deeply hurt him. Euga of the red hue are life gods, gods of new beginnings, raw emotion, and life as a concept. It shared its power with Ezekiel at a cost, as the Egua was positively alligned and would not allow Ezekiel to become power drunk.
Ezekiel was gifted, or rather, cursed, with immortality. The red light emanated that piece of itself from behind his eyes, seeing through him. His immortality only reminded him of the grave costs of such a power with the immense pain that accompanied the act of regeneration. A regeneration that could be unreliable at times and if Ezekiel was in a state of poor health, something he would induce upon himself, he wouldn't heal completely. Ezekiel, at baseline, would heal from injuries and come back from death, but feel it every step of the way. Every cell regrown was a world of agony. The god's power boosted his already proficient summoning abilities and made him into a dangerous necromancer that could summon entire armies made up of his victims, revived and puppeted at the same level of strength they had while alive. With this power, Ezekiel waged war against the gangs of Zhenis Moneucca, who were responsible for the squalid conditions society in this ashen world existed in and the suffering within his own life. Every enemy felled became a new puppet to be manipulated and used. Despite having the power of autonomy, Ezekiel was still needlessly cruel in order to make others fear and respect him. Guilt followed him wherever he went and yet he did what he felt was necessary to achieve his goals. Ezekiel even accumulated a loyal following of his own, making his social status akin to that of the drug lords he was hunting. Ezekiel eventually killed the very drug lord responsible for his and the suffering of thousands. A powerful being and talented telekinetic vitutionist named Mahlra'ha, who always wore a mask and was draped in cloaks and precious minerals.  Ezekiel took him as his summon and whoever from his council of powerful gang leaders Ezekiel didn't kill, he enlisted.
Ezekiel inherited Mahlra'ha's ill fated stockpiled fortune and business, yet he did not rule so ruthlessly. The preferences of his patron god pushed him towards inclinations of making a positive change with his spoils, but before he could, the V.E, an organization in a world far away and seperated from his own, placed a kill order on him for his previous major crimes. All of which had recently reached their attentive ears. A foreign summoner, a human like himself, supposedly, and one specializing in paranormal entities, was sent to Zhenis Monuecca to hunt him. "The Interloper", they were called, and they haunted his every dream and footstep for months. This summoner was like a ghost themselves, a living nightmare, and Ezekiel could only watch as he was unraveled psychologically like a spool of blood soaked yarn. Then, The Interloper challenged Ezekiel to a one on one duel for his life. Giving him a chance to change his fate, Ezekiel agreed and fought The Interloper in a battle where he was both outclassed and out matched pathetically. The Interloper toyed with him, they too had a patron god, one of the orange hue. A god of the unknown, the wilderness. A knowledge god with a powerful and chaotic influence. Ezekiel fought until he was too exhausted and emotionally drained to continue, as The Interloper scratched at every emotional scar from his history throughout the battle. When Ezekiel finally relented and surrendered, finding himself unable to pay the coward and run, The Interloper offered Ezekiel an ultimatum. Come work for the V.E, receive treatment, suffer the repayment of his actions, and come out a changed man, or die here. The Interloper had something with her that could kill him. A syringe filled with the blood of someone they knew, blood that could apparently kill immortals. Ezekiel didn't want to call that bluff, so he chose the former, and under the guidance of The Interloper, a young woman who's name was Alvis, he walked the hard road to recovery and redemption. Ezekiel has hopes of returning to Zhenis Moneucca and saving the realm from itself.
