Lucas is a Scraggy who lived a previous life of sneaky crime. Eventually he was caught and now is made to join 2 adventurers who take on quests to rescue other Pokemom as his way of paying back the community for all the trouble he’s caused.
The two he travels with are a friend duo consisting of a Pikachu named Caroline and an Oshawott named Oscar. Lucas finds them annoying at first but quickly grows to like Caroline, for a long time he doesn’t like Oscar and the two fight and bicker a lot, but over time they begin to become friends and even later end up together.
