Design TOS

got one of my cool, sick designs? check this out.

 Go ahead:

• You  can change basic things like the name, age, gender, of course
•  You can redesign the character as long as there is a resemblance to the original! Go crazy
• Resell after 30 days of ownership
• Reference my designs
• Raffle/DTA/Contest my designs off(after 30 days of ownership)
• Resell my designs in a different currency, so long as the price is somewhat fair to the original.
• Transform my design into a different species, so long as the original is still there.
• Draw the character however you want, give it lore, really do anything i dont care lol

NOTE - if you are selling one of my designs, and they have no extra art from after it was sold to you, then you must sell it for that price or lower. literature counts too

   Maybe Don't Do This???:

• Steal/Claim the design as your own
• Copy my design
• Resell a free character(without added art) for any price
• Add your own TOS to my TOS, my designs follow my TOS only
• Put my designs outside of toyhouse (can be shared, but must have proper credit where its due)
• Anyone who owns my designs MUST have a toyhouse unless told otherwise by me EXPLICITLY!!!
• Delete my designs. If you private it, that's fine, i'd like to have an access key.
• Resell my design before 30 days of ownership.
