Kurt

Kurt actually grew up in a rusted "wasteland", where none of the corporations bothered to lay actual claim either due to border paperwork or not percieving it to be financially lucrative. But as far as he's concerned there was plenty to do or see, mostly old people or even older technology. As far as his father has ever told, Kurt also came from "the forgotten cracks", but no further details about how or why or what was before him.

What he could get was a lot of existential ideals. Whether from remaining medias or those he talked to, the ideas of what could be after death or being taken back from it gained a impact on Kurt. ''Helped'' by his dad refusing to explain the actual circumstances of his discovery or trying to influence him, he was both paranoid of rusting away into nothing and fantasizing about doing something grand. Noteworthy, deserving of remembrance.

And the recent collapse of the FshStcks startup was enough to stir him out of "the country" and into the smoking streets of the newly abandoned city.
