Type: Transmutational
Her quirk is the result of mixing the usual mutation quirk of her father, who is much more of a dog, and the quirk of a little-known Meta heroine - she could change her body as she wished, so it's not surprising that their daughter is somewhat capable of it as well. True, only by changing her limbs into animal limbs. Otherwise, she can do everything that dogs can do and even better!
Her quirk gives Moriko a keen sense of smell and hearing, powerful jaws, claws, and strong paws. And dog-like behavior! Her tail often reveals her emotions better than her face. And scratching behind her ears is a joy, even though she won't admit it.
She's also capable of licking her wounds. Literally. The general principle is similar to Healing Girl's quirk, but many times weaker. Her saliva only speeds up regeneration by a few times, which is no match for the more skillful owners of healing quirks. Suitable only for healing abrasions and light cuts, otherwise too long to be of much use as a hero.

A little bit about Moriko:
She's a young, perky first year student at the hero academy, the cradle of heroes - U.A.! Her class is 1-B.
She has a very mediocre academic record, although she is really one of those students who could do better but is lazy - she just lacks motivation and interest in learning. Moriko entered the heroic department because of her father's dream, but she is not a hero herself.
