Please see Section 4 - Character Design Rights of my Terms of Service for my Design TOS. The information listed here is basic and may be out of date. You are required to abide by all of the rules in the Terms of Service link provided regardless of what is listed here.

• My designs are permitted to be resold for their estimated value, regardless of if they were obtained through sale or trade.
  (Gifted designs have a default starting value of $0, and therefore cannot be sold or traded without additional value in the form of artwork.)
• Any of the following immoral content is not permitted to be made using my designs:
  1. Depictions of pedophilia, incest, or beastiality
  2. Depictions of racism, xenophobia, islamophobia, antisemitism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, or any other forms of bigotry
• You may make any severity of edits or redesigns to my designs, with the exception of anything related to the immoral content listed above
• You are more than welcome to take inspiration from my designs as long as it's for personal characters and not adopts
  (I would recommend not color-picking or taking distinct features from my designs as current and/or future owners of a design may not feel comfortable with it.)
• You may use my designs for commercial use, but it must be discussed with me beforehand
  (Commercial use does not include any form of AI data gathering, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or anything else involving the blockchain. I do not agree to or support the use of my artwork in those capacities.)
• Co-owning my designs is permitted, but creating multiple profiles is not
