Clay, Man of All Work

|| She/Her || Gardener (and many other roles) || Flower Pot ||

A relative newcomer to the Isles, she came in to work and fix. Traveling from place to place, she likes to work with odds and ends, popping in to help when looking for work, usually leaning towards physical labor. She never sticks around for long though, keeping her head down and getting the work done.

She could be described as warm but distant, always happy to help and make herself of use (you could tell her it's destructive but she won't say it while fidgeting with the cracks on her arm.) Despite this, she always keeps the distance, never the center of attention but usually a friendly backdrop.

This was at least until her latest job. She was hired by Baran to help build a stage for the addition of a new tradition to their festival, a play. At a party she finally gets to meet him in person along with another person he commissioned to help out with the stage props, Seric. He’s much more of a talker than her but she enjoys herself and after the party, they hang out to discuss the logistics of the performance. They also discuss stuff like previous jobs, traveling, living here on the Isles, from small to bigger talk. She’s not being purposefully cold but maybe with Seric, it's enough to let some of her guards down. To keep traveling and be distant from the world, maybe this time she'll stick around. And she has, settling into the Brushwork Isles while living in his house as a roommate and friend.

Notes/Symbols(?)

She’s butch, appreciating a suit and tie but also patterned button ups. But a lot of the time she dresses casually and practically with gardening gloves, hiking boots, and a belt to throw whatever onto it. Underneath her gloves, she has some cracks on her fingers and the gloves draw less attention to it. She is also lefthanded.

Most jobs don't call for it but she loves gardening, specifically growing crops for the community garden. She also likes collecting plants and the succulents in her head (except for her hair) can be interchangeable with other arrangements (or just storing them for later.)
