For Sold designs: You obvs can resell for the same value as originally bought OR sell for a higher price if you have commissioned work/work that you believe makes the character more valuable! (This applies to rendered or colored artwork as I don’t want users to make a billion lazy sketches to try as an attempt to increase value!)

For Traded designs/Freebies: I am also ok w new owners reselling designs if the new owner has commissioned work or made enough original works that add value to the character. If you have not my designs can only be regifted/traded! (However I do prefer my trades/Freebie designs be traded/regifted in the first place.)

For Freebies: I prefer my characters to be Regifted. I hate seeing freebie flipping or people collecting freebies to trade. After all you got them for free and didn’t need to trade for the character so don’t try to make someone trade as well for it. I only allow trading or reselling of Freebies if the owner has commissioned work or drew art for the character. Please respect this or you will be blacklisted.

Feel free to redesign or reimagine characters you have acquired from me but if a character is plus sized, visibly trans, has cultural elements, or is poc I ask not to erase those elements. You are better not owning any of my designs or characters if you’re seeking or thinking any such things.
Examples: Things I ask not to erase: ”Design A has top scars” “Design B wears hanfus” “Design C is a plus sized curvy person” etc etc

Besides that I allow owners to change or determine genders, redesign clothes, or reuse my initial character concepts! Most designs I sell or give away are usually not given a gender as I leave all that to the new owner!
