Nero

Nero is the court wizard of the main castle, as well as Teddy's cousin. He specializes in Flora magic, but he's able to use most other forms of magic. usually likes to keep to himself, and likes to use Teddy's castle to practice his magic.

he's also in the middled of being courted by the neighboring kingdom's prince, he does have feelings for him but he still is dedicated to his country and his family. 

he broke the tip of his tail when he was a child, now its at a permanent angle.
