An unhinged, unpredictable, dangerous man. He primarily acts as a guard for the Apostles, although Mary will sometimes send him on missions to deal with particulary unruly targets. Often toys with his victims and has a cruel, gruesome sense of humor about it.

Ability: The Hounds of Tindalos

Frank is able to transform into a horrifying, unearthly creature that very loosely resembles a canine. In this form, he has superhuman strength and endurance; when injured, he heals extremely quickly. He is able to travel through and reappear at any sharp angle, such as the corners of a room. Nobody knows where exactly he goes when he does this.
