Cocoa's Links
Oh goodness... Why was he abandoned? I need to keep an eye on him to make sure nothing is wrong with him, and to make sure he's not sick... Regardless, I'll make sure he's okay. Maisy really wanted to be his mom, which I'm glad... She's been acting a little off ever since we weaned Buttercup.
Poor kid. Shire and I found him all alone. He's so small, I was able to carry him on my back with Shire.
Shire brought him home! Look at this cute little baby!! I love him! Ever since Buttercup weaned, I have been having a bit of a hard time... Nothing drastic! Just... I missed being so close to Buttercup. Ms Birtha says it's normal feeling for first time moms. Shire seems to understand my feelings, and let me adopt little Cocoa. I mean, he won't have to worry about having him bottle-fed and keeping a schedule.
My son... Maisy was having some feelings with weaning Buttercup, she was starting to cry a little, and expressing to me how badly she wanted Buttercup to nurse again. It had nothing to do with being uncomfortable with her milk supply, she was just stressed about our baby growing up. When Shire brought Cocoa home, Maisy took to him immediately. He seemed to calm her down a bit, but then we found out she's pregnant, and we realized her hormones were probably not helping her. She's lovingly taking care of him, and it's been wonderful watching him grow, getting bigger and stronger, day by day.
