Trivia: Hubble's first name is a nod to the Hubble Telescope. His last name, Cygnus, is a reference to the constellation of Cygnus.

Backstory:
Hubble was born to the regal family of Cygnus and grew up in the Observatory.
Each and every member of his family was a Nebulaseer, meaning they were Cloudhoppers that were star-blessed.
Many of them were famous researchers and even became constellations after their deaths.
Unfortunately for Hubble, he could never live up to his family's expectations and wasn't star-blessed, despite how hard he tried, spending sleepless nights in the library, hoping to gain the knowledge and passion required to become one. He remained an ordinary Cloudhopper.
His family who looked down on non-Nebulaseers grew impatient and ashamed of Hubble for being just a Cloudhopper and therefore he was never considered good enough according to their standards.
To make matters worse, his younger sibling was a prodigy, being one of the youngest Cloudhoppers to be star-blessed and become a Nebulaseer. This younger sibling had an obsession with perfectionism, and was incredibly insecure, which led them to constantly lash out at Hubble for being worthless in an attempt to feel better about themselves. Hubble felt incredibly miserable in this hostile environment.
Due to being a Cloudhopper and the hatred and pressure he received, he eventually had to leave the Observatory and his family behind.
He moved to Cloud Islands to start a new life, although he initially felt alone and out of place there.
