actual cowboy. there's a cow pasture in town that isnt well kept and the cows often escape.

doubles as some kind of sheriff. does not abide by any actual law but makes sure people arent getting into trouble.  

wishes he had a horse. 

can sometimes be seen around the outskirts of town by the desert, talking to himself.
